SALES ON MASKS ARE FINAL DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS

We at Bee Seen Gear understand not every purchase will be 100% satisfactory. Returns and exchanges will be fulfilled at full price as long as the following criteria are met:

• It is within 45 days of purchase
• Tags are still on the merchandise
• A receipt is provided

If you lost the receipt but still have tags on the merchandise, the items will be discounted at 40% before they are refunded or exchanged. If the purchase was made online we can find your receipt for you. If the purchase was made in store we can't guarantee we can locate the order receipt in our system.

If the items do not have tags we will NOT accept a return or exchange.

Exchanges can only be done in store. Returns may be done in store or you may ship the merchandise back to us. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we receive the merchandise, we will process the return as long as tags are still on the item(s).
